Demons in the burning legion are taken from their parents at birth and force aged to maturity with magic.  You never know a mother or father.  Just a brood mistress and an instructor that informs you what your caste does to serve the will of the legion.

Mechanical enhancements and skin grafts.

No, the only time Jhuuton looks in a mirror is to make sure something is functioning correctly.

No, Instant noodles are the only food Jhuuton can make.  Taste is not an important sense.  It’s mostly gone.

Jhuuton’s hands have both been replaced with interchangeable prosthetic.  Far more powerful and versatile that weak flesh hands could ever be.

Instant Noodles, Wrath, Loincloth, Warm Beer, Summer. And Lunar Festival, because they give away free explosives.  Jhuuton is disappointed that Azeroth does not have a holiday sole dedicated to the defeat of the Legion.
